The 6th edition of the Fibre Twist Festival at St-André Avelin will take place this year from August 17th to 20th. It is the largest event celebrating textile fiber in Canada. The founder and organizer of the festival Amélie Blanchard says that there will be lots of textile based talks and workshops.

Every year, tens of thousands of people go to the Twist Festival. The attendance has grown so much that they had to extend their facilities this year to accommodate even more people:
