Heavy truck slides off the road in La Pêche

This morning, around 5:30 a.m., a heavy truck transporting wood chips (empty load) went off the road northbound at 1193 route 105 in La Pêche, the driver was unhurt in the accident. No other vehicles were involved. A gasoline spill also required the presence of the La Pêche Fire Department. The slippery road would be responsible for the loss of control of the vehicle and circulation has since returned to normal. The public security of the MRC des Collines-de-l’Outaouais issued a preventive notice to road users on this morning, the secondary roads and numbered roads in the territory of the MRC des Collines are icy in places this which could cause loss of control and accidents.
