The Pontiac Senior Comets have a new coach

A new coach has been confirmed for the AA senior hockey team, the Pontiac Senior Comets. It is Jean-François Lavergne, previously involved with various teams in the Outaouais region. The owner of the Comets, Danick Boisvert.

In previous CHIP 101,9 news, the Pontiac Senior Comets announced that they are also looking for other people to fill positions in the team’s administration for their next season. Danick Boisvert explained that he is still looking for a communications specialist, but that an administrative officer has been selected: Tyler Ladouceur.

Note that there are four teams that will compose the AA Senior Hockey League of Quebec in 2019-2020: the Pontiac Senior Comets; the Maniwaki Foresters; the Montagnards of Mont-Laurier and the Mont-Tremblant Devils, who has recently joined the league.
